I love fall. It's my favorite season :) When I think about fall, I think about walking thorugh a Gustav Klimt painting. Gold, red, orange, jewely blues, greens, and purples... lovely! And who can forget the earthy browns :)
This is an AWESOME adaption of Klimt's The Kiss. Here is a picture of the original.
P.S. I have a theory about favorite seasons. It seems that most people's favorite season is the season their birthday is in? I'm a September baby, so it's true for me. Is this true for you?
I'm a December baby and I do love Autumn and Winter - my birthday falls right around the change of seasons!
ReplyDeleteOMG. Klimt is, by far, my favorite artist. I studied him while I was abroad in Germany and SO fell in love with his work. That is a great interpretation of his work, but I'm still head over heels with the original. So out of the box and unusual. I'd die to have one in my house.

Hmmm...now I'm wondering because fall is my favorite season and I am a November baby. I will now have to research this further.
